At Elite Sim, our main mission is to more than satisfy the needs and wants of our clients, to provide you all with that little bit extra. When ordering from us you will be guaranteed the highest level of service with an added personal touch to ensure you that you’re in the best of hands.
The process of ordering from us would generally start with an e-mail or brief telephone conversation to establish which product you are looking to purchase and allow us to send/mail any information that you would like to receive.
We have premises in both Central and North London and would gladly invite any potential clients to test out the racer at their convenience. Alternatively, we have the Elite Racer Pro on display in the basements of Harrods in London. We fully understand that it is not always possible to arrange a meeting in person, so are only too happy to discuss all the details over the telephone.
Once we have established your needs and wants together, we will provide you with a provisional invoice and any necessary payment details. From receipt of payment, we aim to have your racer ready, tested and delivered within 3-4 weeks (depending upon the options chosen this may be a shorter or longer period of time).

All simulators that are purchased from Elite Sim within the UK will be covered by an initial 90-day on-site warranty in the extremely unlikely event that something should go wrong in the first few weeks of purchase. This will be followed by an ensuing 9 month back-to-base hardware, parts and labour warranty, whereby the client is responsible for the cost and organisation of the safe return and collection of the cabinet (or pay a callout charge whichever is more cost effective to the client). For our overseas clients, we offer a 12-month back-to-base hardware, parts and labour warranty. Our clients can rest assured that we are always on call should clients have any questions or issues that they may wish to discuss with ourselves. Should any issues arise, clients should contact us immediately in order to assist us in finding an appropriate resolution.
The obligation of Elite Sim under this warranty is to supply a replacement component or some form of credit against the purchase of such product in the event of a failure. The following items are covered for 1 year from the date the simulator was delivered: the racing seat structure (not material) and seat mechanism, the amplifier and surround sound speakers, PC components and vibration amplifier are covered. All driving controls, viewing options, peripherals and consoles provided should be dealt with under the manufacturers own warranty, which will be provided at time of purchase. All mechanical parts that usually suffer wear and tear (i.e. ECCI potentiometers, vibration pads, etc) are not covered under warranty unless within the first 28 days following delivery. No software issues are covered under this warranty. No responsibility is taken for any damage found to be caused by client negligence or misuse of certain equipment (ie speakers, etc.).
Onsite Service upgrades may be available, prices vary as to product and client location - please ask for further information. Any modifications carried out on any simulator by the client, or any unauthorised third party during the warranty period may lead to the warranty being invalidated.
Refunds are given if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and we are not able to replace or repair the item for you, otherwise all sales are final.
We aim to have your simulator ready for shipment within 3-4 weeks from the point of your order, depending upon which upgrades are selected. Some options may extend the delivery time by up to 4 weeks - please ask for more details. Our assurances of delivery dates are made in good faith and are adhered to as well as feasibly possible, although no responsibility is accepted for circumstances beyond our control that may unfortunately arise.
Delivery dates are sometimes based around production runs and may very occasionally arrive some weeks later than the expected delivery date. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are fully informed of all progress.
A full 2-man installation team is available within the UK, for those who require this service please ask for a quotation at time of purchase. All simulators for which installation has not been pre-arranged, arrive on 3 extremely well wrapped pallets - we always recommend that clients have at least one another able-bodied person with them to assist unpacking and installing the simulator when accepting the delivery.
When shipping without full installation or to overseas clients, the simulator can easily installed along with a friend. Our step-by-step instructions help make the process as quick and easy as possible. Should you have any problems, please rest assured that one of our engineers is always happy to assist.

Our range of authentic race seating covers all the top world brands including Cobra, Recaro and Bride. For our driving controls, we only use best-in industry components from the likes of ECCI, VPP and Logitech. All sound and vision components are provided by top-of-the-range companies such as SONY and all vibration effects from market leaders in their category such as Aura, Earthquake and Crowson.
PC packages are developed to optimum specifications by our in house technology team to enable true gaming performance.
A vast amount of research and development has gone into ensuring that each simulator exceeds all expectations not only in terms of game play and functionality but also with regards to safety and reliability. All components are fully CE and LVD certified to meet all the required safety standards and are extensively tested for a minimum of 72 hours prior to shipment. To allow you to relax, safe in the knowledge that you’ve made the right choice, we offer an excellent warranty service and an engineer is always on hand to answer any questions should they arise.
We are fully aware of all advances in technology within the simulation industry and strive to provide all of our clients with the latest and greatest in terms of true-to-life equipment. We decided against the idea of installing basic hydraulics within the unit although found them still rather gimmicky (ie can only really play for shorter stints, not quite realistic yet, etc) and the fact that there are only generally 1 or 2 games that are compatible with such systems, with any future games requiring full re-programming.
Our pre-installed vibration pads provide the most accurate rumble simulation and from our extensive testing provide the most enjoyable all round experience possible (whereas most set-ups use only 1/2 vibration pads, with ours you have the option of having up to 4 installed!). The possibility of integrating various motion platforms within our products exists, although up to this point we have not found one worthy enough to include within our core options – if motion is what you are after then please ask us about any future developments!
